香港2022年8月25日 /美通社/ -- 中國(guó)領(lǐng)先的企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)和營(yíng)銷云平臺(tái)愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊集團(tuán)iClick(NASDAQ:ICLK)發(fā)布截至2022年6月30日未經(jīng)審計(jì)的第二季度財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)績(jī)。

愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊2022年第二季度收入達(dá)3,808萬(wàn)美元,其中"企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案"收入1,381萬(wàn)美元,同比增長(zhǎng)3%; "在線營(yíng)銷解決方案"收入為2,426萬(wàn)美元,同比下降62%。 "在線營(yíng)銷解決方案"收入下降主要來(lái)自 i) 集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略性縮減利潤(rùn)率較低、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的部分"在線營(yíng)銷解決方案"業(yè)務(wù)、ii) 部分客戶面臨更嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男袠I(yè)監(jiān)管,導(dǎo)致中國(guó)廣告市場(chǎng)普遍放緩以及 iii) 中國(guó)實(shí)施嚴(yán)格的疫情防控措施

由于"在線營(yíng)銷解決方案"的收入下降,2022季度毛利潤(rùn)為926萬(wàn)美元,同比下降62%;毛利率為24.3%, 相較于去年同期的31.2%根據(jù)非美國(guó)通用會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,2022年第二季度調(diào)整后EBITDA虧損為1,317萬(wàn)美元;調(diào)整后凈虧損為1,502萬(wàn)美元。

股票回購(gòu)計(jì)劃
