上海2023年5月17日 /美通社/ -- 2023年5月17日，九天生物（Skyline Therapeutics）自主研發(fā)的多項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新AAV基因治療藥物的研發(fā)及轉(zhuǎn)化成果，于正在舉辦的第26屆美國基因與細(xì)胞治療學(xué)會（ASGCT）年會上展示。其中包括四項(xiàng)新藥研發(fā)臨床前數(shù)據(jù)，充分驗(yàn)證了公司自主創(chuàng)建的AAV技術(shù)平臺capDRIVE® 的先進(jìn)性，以及在衣殼發(fā)現(xiàn)和載體設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建方面的卓越創(chuàng)新能力。此外展示的還有公司自主開發(fā)的HEK細(xì)胞系生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，這是九天生物先進(jìn)的AAV基因治療研發(fā)生產(chǎn)一體化平臺的重要組成部分。
